Build Self-Discipline, Executive Function, and Lifelong Habits

Execution is not a talent—it's a skill that can be learned.

The Youth Execution Program is a 10-week coaching experience designed to help students build lasting habits, develop self-discipline, and create systems that support long-term success. Rather than relying on motivation alone, students learn how to take consistent action—even when motivation fades.

Curriculum

The Youth Execution Program is built around Atomic Habits by James Clear, one of the world's most influential books on habit formation and behavior change.

This is a coaching program, not a book club or lecture series. Students actively apply what they learn each week while receiving ongoing guidance, accountability, and support. The instructor’s role is to help students overcome obstacles, refine their systems, celebrate progress, and build the consistency needed for long-term success.

The instructor’s role is to help students overcome obstacles, adjust systems, celebrate wins, and continue moving forward even when motivation fades.

Students Outcomes

By the end of the program, every student should leave with tangible evidence of personal growth.

1. One Successfully Built Habit

Each student will choose one meaningful habit to develop over the course of the program.

2. One Improved Bad Habit

Around the midpoint of the program, students will identify one habit they would like to reduce or improve.

3. Personal Operating Document

A personalized system that captures each student’s habits, goals, reflections, and measurable growth over the 10-week program.

4. Proof Challenge (New Skill)

Every student will choose one small skill they have never learned before.

The purpose is not the skill itself. The purpose is to demonstrate that consistent practice produces results.
