Data Analyst

A Data Analyst (User Growth) is needed immediately for a rapidly growing startup that is   democratizing individual consumer access to direct investment in institutional-quality student-  housing real estate opportunities through a community-oriented, tech-driven, and vertically   integrated investment and property management platform.
The company is seeking a self-starter with extensive experience in digital and social media marketing   and a deep focus on consumer-oriented websites who can create and execute a cross-channel   marketing plan. Quality Assurance Engineer

In this role, you will learn to:

  • Execute quality improvement testing and activities

  • Create reports documenting errors and issues to fix

  • Write release notes for new features, improvements, and bug fixes

  • (Optional) Use Python or JavaScript scripts to run testing automatically

Business Analytics

In this role, you will learn to:

  • Monitor and analyze user behaviors on SmartLook and Google Analytics

  • Write user reports and give suggestions for improving the current user experience, in terms of functionality and website design

  • Create evaluation matrices

  • (Optional) Integrate SmartLook API to automatically send notifications and reports to the company's internal communications tool (Slack)

Front-end Engineer

In this role, you will learn to:

  • Use JavaScript to translate UI/UX design wireframes of the affordability calculator

  • Refactor current code

  • Write testing scripts to run tests before every Github commitment automatically
